Next time I go to Lille I need to take a tripod with me and come back here. It was a rainy, cold, and windy Saturday morning and I was supposed to save my camera's battery and memory for some bookcrossing event in the afternoon. Yet there is no way I could pass by such a place without wondering how it would look as a planetoid... I had to shoot it. This is made from 54 pictures shot handheld, holding the camera in one hand, and my umbrella in the other. I didn't correct the exposures (PTblender is hard enough to use when everything is perfectly aligned, it's a waste of time on such a panorama.) |
